NextThings Studio built the Fruit Survivor! app (package: com.defense.fruitsurvivor.game) as an Ad Supported service. This SERVICE is provided by NextThings Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our Service.

You can stop all collection of information by the app easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. You may also reset or opt out of interest-based advertising via your device settings (Google → Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the app and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the app, please contact us at transsiongame@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the app to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.
